Taste of the West GOLD winning honey – a strong and distinctive taste with a thick, luscious texture.  The toffee-coloured honey that has a glossy texture.  A powerful and aromatic flavour.

Every year around the beginning of August, Exmoor turns purple and our beekeepers are working through the night to take the hives to the heather.  The tiny heather flowers provide bees with an exquisite, bold flavoured nectar.
