Is my order eligible for a return?

We accept return requests for all orders placed within the last 30 days. We are unable to accept returns for any orders older than this.

My order hasn't arrived yet - where is it?

All of our UK orders are tracked. You would have recieved a tracking number when your order was shipped. You can view this tracking in My Account or if you dont have an account you can Track Your Order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we recieve your request, we review the infomation and confirm it. We then will send you a shipping label to return it to us. Once we recieve and check the items we then issue a refund (using the same payment method) or create a replacement order for you.
