Coronavirus (COVID-19) UPDATE:

The Honey Doctor is still open for orders by phone and online to help you during this pandemic. 

We are a family owned and run business – therefore all of our staff are isolating together. This allows us to continue to safely operate our business. All inbound deliveries to our warehouse are sanitized and we are upholding our rigorous hygiene standards.

Royal Mail and DPD are no longer requesting signatures on delivery. Please note that this will mean your delivery may be left safe, or you may not know it has been delivered. If you have any questions please Track Your Order or Contact Us .

Shipment Schedule:

We are still processing all orders daily – however our shipping and handling times have increased. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for packages that have not been delivered on time where a tracking number has been offered to the customer. We recommend you contact Royal Mail.

DOMESTIC:

Royal Mail CRL48 – This service may take upto 14 days for delivery 
Royal Mail CRL24 – This service may take upto 7 days for delivery
DPD – Services are running ontime.

EUROPE:

Royal Mail International Priority – This service may take upto 15 days for delivery. Some countries have been blocked – see here
Royal Mail International Tracked – This service may take upto 10 days for delivery
DPD – Services are running ontime.

INTERNATIONAL:

DHL- Services are running ontime. Some countries have been blocked.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Schedule

Our warehouse aims to ship all in stock orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders that are placed after then will be shipped the following day. We are open between 9am and 5pm Monday through to Friday.

We cannot guarantee weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Tracking 

All of our UK orders are tracked to delivery. International services are tracked when requested. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been despatched from our warehouse. You can also view your order status and tracking info in my account

Our Couriers

We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL for our different levels of delivery services. All of these services offer tracking and insurance – for your peace of mind.

Back Orders

Some of our items may be placed on back order if they are out of stock. Orders placed on backordered items will be notified after checkout when they will be shipped. Some items showing as ‘in-stock’ may be placed on back order. We will notify you of when this happens – you will have the choice of a full refund if you do not wish to wait.

Customs and Import Fees

If you are placing an order from outside of the EU, you may be subject to import fees upon delivery.

– Europe

All orders to Europe do not levy any duty on imports, so you won’t be subject to import duties.

– Rest of World

As these charges differ from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you’re not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges.

– Refusing to pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS POLICY

30 Day Guarantee!

All our products sold are subject to our 30 day return guarantee. if you are unhappy with your purchase – you are able to return it to us for a full refund (not including outbound delivery charge and return postage). We DO NOT issue refunds, returns, exchanges or credits on any items that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer. This is due to the nature of the products we sell and therefore do not offer ‘tester’ products. Returns made without authorisation – we reserve the right to not refund the order entirely.

Returned items must be fully sealed, un-used and in a re-saleable condition. Should a returned good be recieved by us and fail this criteria – then a handling and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund upto the full value of the order.

Returned Parcels

Parcels that are undelivered (non called for, un-collected or failed delivery) which are returned to us will be refunded. The outbound cost of the parcel will be deducted from the value of the refund. Undelivered parcels are returned to us following 3 delivery attempts and 18 calandar days following the 3rd and final attempt.
